Refund policy

We want you back on the job with the right part, fast. If something isn't right, here's how returns work:

 

In-stock items (shipped from our Houston warehouse): Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Contact info@houstonindustrialelectric.com or call 832-983-8378 to start a return.

 

Dropship / special-order items: Some products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. Return windows and restocking fees for these items may vary and will be confirmed at the time of your return request.

 

Non-returnable items: Custom orders, cut cable/wire, and electrical components that have been installed or wired cannot be returned for safety and liability reasons.

 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Net-30 account customers will see refunds applied as account credit.
